Because the beaches remain uncontaminated, Collex Collision Experts has discovered that many establishments in Florida are offering incentives to prevent tourism atrophy. Collex Collision Experts has also seen special deals and real-time updates providing photos and live views of the beach as well as interaction with guests who are there. The state of Florida is also unrolling a $35 million plan to combat the oil spill’s effects, according to Collex Collision Experts.
Meanwhile, Collex Collision Experts reports that tourism officials in completely unaffected areas such as New Orleans and the Outer Banks, NC are getting calls from concerned tourists and generating deals to keep customers coming in.
For concerned travelers everywhere, Collex Collision Experts emphasizes that the consensus so far is: Do not panic, and do not cancel your plans. Even with the oil heading toward Florida, Collex Collision Experts reminds travelers that there are still miles and miles of sugar-white sand beaches and clear water along the Gulf Coast. Collex Collision Experts notes that cancelling already booked trips can generate a chain reaction of suffering and downturn in this already tough economic time. Also, Collex Collision Experts notes that there are swimming pools, water parks, attractions, restaurants, and other natural areas to visit during a beach vacation. Overall, Collex Collision Experts recommends calling ahead to your desired destination before making or cancelling plans.
Travelers should not, however, attempt to convert vacation plans into volunteer clean-up plans, warns Collex Collision Experts. Non-locals could inadvertently become a burden to an already affected area, reports Collex Collision Experts, so call ahead before making volunteer plans.

It is okay to listen to recommendations from friends and family, says Collex Collision. But Collex Collision stresses that this doesn’t mean you can completely disregard consumer ratings. Customer reviews are an important part of figuring out which collision experts you can trust, says Collex Collision.
Try and find a place close by home or work, points out Collex Collision. It is a good idea to check up on the repair work in person. Collex Collision explains that showing up at the body shop helps make sure that progress is taking place.
Also, ensure that the collision repair shop makes a guarantee on the quality of their service, says Collex Collision. If the company cannot back up their own claims, it is definitely not worth your time or money. Collex Collision would like to remind customers that repairs made at any Collex Collision location are guaranteed for life.
It is also a good idea to get an estimate from the repair shop before committing to the company, says Collex Collision. Make sure that the estimate is in writing and conducted all or in part by computerized methods. Collex Collision agrees that employees at the body shop should also be knowledgeable and able to explain key parts of the repair estimate. These employees should also be in some sort of uniform and act in a professional manner, says Collex Collision.
According to Collex Collision, the shop should help in finding some form of alternate transportation. The company may provide a vehicle or have a partnership with another business. When evaluating a collision repair shop, rely on the local professionals at Collex Collision to give you fantastic service at a great deal.
Collex Collision is excited to announce our new program “e-Estimate”!
Often times we receive telephone calls from our customers who give us the year, make and model of their car, explain where the damage is located and then ask “How much will it cost to fix it?” Our reply has always been “We need you to bring your vehicle in so that we can assess the damages”. Now we have a new program “e-Estimate” that will give our customers the convenience of getting estimates without coming in.
Customers will be directed to our website where they will click on the e-Estimate logo. From there they will follow a simple three-step process:
1. Take up to five digital pictures of the damage.
2. Fill out a simple form.
3. Attach the pictures to the file and email them to us.
Within one day, a representative from Collex Collision will contact you with the estimate. These estimates will not be binding, as no estimate is, but they will give the vehicle owner a “ballpark figure.”
All customer information will be strictly used for internal use. Collex Collision does not sell or exploit your information to any other entity or company. Collex Collision uses the strictest standards and protocols to protect our customer’s information.

Dear Mr. Gagliano:
Words cannot begin to express my appreciation for the service I received at your garage on 14 Mile Road in Clawson.
On the evening of March 15th I unfortunately had a rather bad accident. At the suggestion of my insurance agent I took my vehicle to your Collex Collision in Clawson to obtain and estimate, imagine my surprise when my vehicle was take in immediately, with a promise to be returned to me no later than Monday March 29th. Today, March 27th I picked up my car. It was in beautiful condition looked almost new, even though it is several years old. The pain job was incredible.
I am of the opinion that Brian Burleson has to be one of your most valued employees. He is extremely courteous, helpful and dedicated. He did everything possible to make certain my experience was a good one!
Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Amanda Bavol was more than helpful, she carefully explained my options for renting a car, and answered with knowledge all my questions.
I certainly would recommend Collex Collision to anyone requiring this type of service.
Cordially yours,
Virginia
Dear Mr. Corbett:
I am writing to thank you for all of the excellent experiences I have had with your company. I have dealt with your company only after my car has been slammed into, backed into, bumped into, or slightly grazed; however, all of these car crashes have led to damage to my vehicle. Each time I came into your shop I was greeted with smiling faces that were eager to help me. This small but important detail made a huge difference when I was under the stress of a recent car accident.
This past November I was really sick and to top it off I got rear-ended in my high school parking lot. After he hit me he just drove off, so along with being sick and just being in an accident all together, I was extremely agitated by the time I got to your company. However, when I opened the door to your building everyone was smiling and laughing so it was hard to stay upset for long. After no more than five minutes, one of your employees was out looking at my car and in less than ten minutes, my car looked good as new. They buffed out the scratch marks and there were only faint markings, which I was told were spider cracks, left. Then the following week I was backed into, again in my high school parking lot. Like the previous time, I went to your company and had fantastic service. An employee drove my car into the shop and in less than twenty minutes my car looked back to normal. You guys not only buffed out the starch marks, but painted the parts of the car where the paint had actually chipped off! Your company did a fantastic job both times, and the best part was you didn’t even make me pay for it. Collex Collision simply strives to help its customers out.
Collex Collision Experts is an overall outstanding company to be a customer to. Every experience there have been quite a few is filled with happiness and generosity, despite the experiences that brought your customers to you. My family and I have brought our cars to your company in every situation where we have needed car help, and this has to been an excellent decision on our part. The employees are happy to be helping out the customers and service is always top notch.
Overall, I am a proud customer of the Collex Collision Experts. They have helped me through the traumatic experiences I have had to deal with concerning my car. Your business is one of the finest and I will continue to be a happy, loyal customer.
Sincerely,
Jessica

I recently had my 2006 Acura repaired at the Fort Myers location of your company and want to convey my appreciation for the high quality of service that was provided to me.
When asked by the office staff how I rated doing business with Collex, I did not hesitate to give your company an unqualified "10".
Unfortunately, I have had some experience in doing body repairs of the vehicles that I have owned over the years, and I can honestly say none of the companies that I have dealt with even comes close to your levels of excellent work and customer satisfaction.
I was truly impressed in dealing with Collex, from my first encounter with Rick Koonce and his professional manner in explaining what had to done, through using your state-of-the art technology to track my repair progress, and then receiving my vehicle as promised and totally repaired. Congratulations in putting together such an effective system of services!
I assure you that I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my family or friends should the need arise. Thank you for an excellent experience.
Sincerely,
Edward

To whom it may concern,
I am writing this to express my sincere appreciation for the customer service I received. The entire staff at the Collex Collision Washington Office was wonderful. I had called on Wednesday the 10th to schedule a appointment for a estimate for damage from hitting a deer and was told we could bring it in within the hour. When my husband took the van in they looked it over and told him that we could bring it back that evening to start the work on it.
We took the van in that evening and filled out all the paperwork and received our number to check the status of the work on-line with an estimated date of the 17th. I went on-line to check the status Thursday evening and it said the same thing that was told to us, which was fine I was not expecting a lot of progress. When I went to check the status Friday morning I was amazed to find the comment stating that my vehicle was in the paint department an that the estimated date was the 13th. I called down to the office and talked to Andy and he confirmed what it was stating on-line.
He informed me that he was planning on calling me that afternoon to let me know that there was a good chance I would have my van first thing in the morning. We did indeed receive a call from Andy that evening letting us know that the van was done and wanted to know what time we would like to pick it up in the morning. When we got there on Saturday morning I saw what looked like a brand new van inside and out!! Everything on the outside was of course clean and shinny but the inside was too! When I had called originally I had stated in conversation that when I hit the deer, that my coffee had spilled. They took the liberty to shampoo the inside carpet as well as vacuumed everything. I would like to mention that I have what I like to call kid car, that means fries, chips, fruit snacks etc. all over and it was all clean!
I would also like to mention that I have told everyone and will continue to tell everyone about my experience and let them know It was a good one. If I had to rate it on a scale from 1-10 it would be a SOLID 10.
I can not say thank you enough both for my van as well as great customer service from the entire staff !

Good Afternoon –
I wanted to take the time to compliment the staff at Collex Collision for their amazing service. My son John brought his Nissan to Collex Collision for collision repair last week.
When we arrived there was already a client at the counter but the young girl behind the counter made sure to say “hello” to us immediately and let us know she would be with us shortly. WOW!!!! I work as a manager of a small community bank in Fort Myers and we strive on personal service. That is the EXACT type of greeting we teach all our employees on their first day. It is so very important to address every single person as they enter. Unfortunately there are times clients have to wait and I believe as long as they are acknowledged, they tend to not bother waiting – GREAT JOB!!!!
Secondly, Elaine Pappas was absolutely fantastic. She really spent time with my son, who at 21, his Nissan is his baby and it means the world to him. She took the time to discuss the damage and made some suggestions on fixing some others dents and scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. FANTASTIC!!!! To be honest we did not even think about fixing the other issues we just wanted that huge dent gone. Not only does his car look new, that type of suggestion makes the client happy and brings revenue to the business.
Thirdly, the convenience of being able to deal with Hertz was fantastic and all at Collex Collision also made that easy and simple for us at a time when we were all feeling a little stressed out!!!
Finally, when we picked up the car we happened to be the first client at the counter. A couple of other customers walked in and AGAIN they were greeted immediately – VERY IMPRESSIVE – and showed me how consistent and dedicated the staff is.
My son’s car looks amazing and one of the staff members spent time showing him the car and explaining the warranty. I truly appreciated them addressing him directly instead of talking to the mom. He really felt great about the entire experience.
If we ever need collision repair we will definitely use Collex Collision and definitely recommend them.
Thank you very much!!!!
Valerie

Dear Collex Collision:
I was involved in a minor collision about a month ago. Following the determination of the party at fault, I was directed by his insurance company to Collex Collision of Fort Myers. I did not have a preferred body shop, so I complied. Elaine Pappas was assigned as my service advisor.
I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my car. I have it back and it looks as good as new. In addition, I am thrilled with the high level of service I received from Ms. Pappas. My repair took a few days longer than expected, but I felt that it was in competent hands the entire time. Ms. Pappas called me every couple of days to update me on the status of the repair. In addition, on two occasions, I had a specific question and directed them to her via email. Her response was exceedingly prompt and thorough. When I went to pick up my vehicle, she went over the repairs with me once again to make sure that I was satisfied with the work performed.
I was not looking forward to the experience of dealing with a body shop. I left the experience feeling that Ms. Pappas really cared about my situation and wanted to do everything in her power to get me back in my car in perfect condition and as soon as possible. I am certain that with the care I received from Ms. Pappas, that she is not alone in this organization. You must have a good team in place to be as professional and efficient as your company was.
I can now answer “yes” when someone asks if I have a body shop. I have already had the opportunity to recommend Collex Collision in the past week. Thanks to Ms. Pappas and the whole staff for their great attention.
Sincerely,
Jim
